Worcester 28i RSF Combi No HW/CH

Hi hope someone out there can help

Had no hot water or heating since last night absolutely freezing! We keep losing water preesure after filling

Have done a system flush and re-fill, when turned back on the system sparks but doesn't ignite


any ideas?

1 have you reset the overheat stat (button on the top)
2 is the auto air vent open ?
3 is their water coming out of a pipe outside connected to the boiler ?

thanks for quick response and excusemy ingorance but what is/where is auto air vent thingy? and yes there is water coming out of pipe outside of house, the reset I will try now!

yes there is water coming out of pipe outside of house,

thats where your pressure is going prv needs cleaning / replacing
