hi, can anyone help I have a worcester 28i combe boiler the hot water side is ok but when I turn on the c/heating ther is hissing and banging from the boiler straight away and then it cuts out with the red light flashing one flash per second

check pump is running, on hw pump is off . [embedded heat ex.]
