I need some help...

I have a worcester bosch Greenstar 28i (junior condensing)

Yesterday my sisters boiler only gave luke warm water. The reset light and main blue light were flashing alterantely.

As per manual she hit reset and the flashing went away. The boiler now does not 'fire up' no hot water and no CH.

The fan looks as if its running, the pump seems ok, there is gas to the system. it's as if its not firing and sometimes it makes a vibration sound.

Pressure is perfect.
Any ideas? I had a corgi friend look at it but boilers is not his forte.

Poor dhw on a combi often due to crap in the system causing secondary hex to block up.

doubt it - system is just 2 years old, old pipework was powerflushed and a massive inline filter thing fitted. The filter is clean as a whistle.
