Worcester 350 Combi dripping overflow

The overflow on my Worcester 350 Combi keeps dripping, from the posts I have just read it sounds like the pressure relief valve. How do I get the red coloured cap off? As I'm scared of breaking it.

Seriously, if you don't know what your doing, better get a professional in.
