Worcester Boiler enginers?

I have a problem on a friends Worcester boiler. 2 years old, but hot water not working. Was working fine apart from low pressure on one hot tap, so we had boiler man out, he fiddled around, but after he left boiler not working. We called him out and he could not find fault. He said best to call a Worcester specialist. Does anyone know if these guys are any good? Price is not an issue as would rather pay a bit more and get it fixed. In fact how do I find a boiler specialist for worcester boilers?

I've been trying to get a Worcester boiler installer to come and take my money for months: I've given up, and have gone over to the dark side.

As Gav says it might still be under warranty if not get Worcester themselves out under their fixed price repair scheme
