Worcester Bosch 230 (Gas) can't turn on central heating

Hi,

I moved into a rented flat in July. I now need to turn on the central heating system but nothing seems to be happening. I have just turned on the system to be automatically on but nothing happening. Ther is however no problem with the hotwater.

Any suggestions. Does anyone have a manual for this boiler?

what have you turned on ? ie built in timer or external one.

is there a room thermostat ? is it turned up ?

Hi,

I have turned on the switch on the boiler all the way to the on position. There are three positions next to the round dial (which lets you set the boiler to come on at different times) off, auto, and on. I turned the switch to the on position.

I have turned the thermostat on the wall up to 20 and checked that the radiators are open.

still no heat. I have noticed that the pressure is very low though, below the red arrow (almost at 0). Perhaps this have something to do with it?

the boiler will require repressurising to between 1-1.5 bar.
