Worcester Bosch 240 and wireless thermostat

Hi

We have a reasonably old but perfectly behaved Worcester Bosch 240 with the single channel programmer, as per This Link

It's been faultless over the last 15 years, however, i'd like to add a wireless thermostat to give more control than it simply being timed on and off. Is this possible? what would be the best solution for this? Ideally i'd like to do it without running cables too if that's possible.
