Worcester Bosch 240 OF/OB Hot Water Problem

Hi Folks

I'm having problems with my Worcester Bosch 240 Boiler hot water.
I can only get hot water when central heating is on and then only get HOT water by turning the central heating up high otherwise it is just warm.
If the central heating is switch off there is no domestic hot water supply at all. I have checked the Microswitch which seems to be working fine.

Any other idea's please

open a hot tap and see if the spindle is operating the m/switch.

I have checked that and it seems to be working fine.
Any other thoughts.

Checked this again and you were right the pin is not coming out far enough to activate the microswitch as a temp messure I inserted 3m thick piece of card and it now works fine.
Need to get a new diaphram and O ring now.
