When I run my hot tap the boiler fires up and the water comes through hot quite quickly. But then after a few seconds it goes cold for perhaps a minute before coming back hot again and then staying hot. What might be causing this?
It happens whether I open the tap fully or just halfway. We dont live in a hard water area. Central heating on or off doesnt seem to make a difference.
