Worcester Bosch 24i Junior pump replacement

I've just got a new pump for my boiler. Grundfos 15/60. All the advice that I have had has led me to believe that I just need to replace the "HEAD" of the pump. Is this just a case of removing the old ond and fitting the new one then switching it back on and "HEY PRESTO" or is there more to it. Do I need to do anything before I start my boiler after fitting the new head.

How do I do that. There are instructions in the manual but they are in the middle of a load of other instructions and it does not indicate wether it is a part of the whole process described or if it can be done independently.
