worcester bosch 24i no heating

we have a problem with the boiler. The heating works fine, no issues. We cannot get the heating to work. After reading on the internet, weve topped up the pressure as it had dropped. Its still not working though!!

Can anyone help?

24i RSF, 24i Junior or Greenstar 24i Junior

If it's the old 24i RSF the heating temperature knob spindle often breaks so the heating remains off despite the control being turned up. (Assuming the timeclock is on and the room thermostat is turned up).
