pressure dropping on Worcester boiler 24i junior boiler

hii, we have a Worcester 24i junior boiler, our central heating is not on at all as it's still warm outside. however our pressure has dropped to under 1.0. what do we do? is this going to effect our water temperature when it gets to zero??
also how does the timer work? there are so many numbers on the dial? i don't understand how it works?!
please help!! thanks
