Hello Guys, and new to this forum.
I am a refrigeration engineer and familiar but no expert in boilers/heating.

The question I have is on an s-plan layout with pressurized heating, and indirect hot water and 2 off 2 port valves.

When the controls call for heating and hot water at the same time, are both motorized valves open to allow flow??

Or does the above boiler priorotise the heating or hotwater to be satisfied first in any way?

Also if both valves are indeed open at the same time, would this then be the full load condition as all radiators and hot water coil in circuit?

How does the boiler respond to load condition when on hot water only as the circuit is greatly reduced without the radiators.

The water pressure across boiler is reduced on hot water only is assume. How does boiler compensate for this.

Sorry for long winded request ,but hope the question makes sense.

Thanks in anticipation

Obviously a hard question, no worries ,i think i,ve sussed it, heating engineers yeahh they alll that. not

So you read the manual

Some of us have better things to do.

In case you haven't worked it out correctly. ?.

Yes.
No
Depends
Accordingly, and within the limits of its burner modulation.
Stop assuming we know what you're on about. Why do you think the water pressure drops in hot water only mode?

He's answered all of your questions, despite your terrible attitude. His answers were:

Hey Dan, if a Worcester is entry level boiler, whats a complicated one ?

Hey Beko boy. The 24i was about as P!key as they come.

You want something clever in boiler land? Then go get a proper job. RFID tags and network connectivity? Yawn. Even the sh|test boilers in the industry could phone home 20 years ago. We just didn't tell Dixons about it.

Jog on.

Yes us heating engineers love nothing more than spending all Sunday in front of a computer (instead of with our families) just incase a pretentious coont like you has a question that needs answering
