i've got a worcester bosch highflow cdi floor standing combi.

problem is if the domestic hot water is off and water is run, then the pressure in the system falls from 1.5 bars to .5bars

when the domestic hot water is switched on the pressure rises back to 1.5 bars.

i thought the domestic hot water and the pressure were not connected in any way. this has been happening since christmas.

does anyone know what could be causing this ?

It happpens with lots of makes, oil or gas. It's something to do with where the pressure is sensed, and the way the system water flows (probably past the sensor.
