Worcester bosch greenstar 35 plus combi - 3rd gen nest thermostate

have recently installed a nest 3rd gen to a Worcester boiler, taken the TR2 out and now have constant running pump, any solutions

You can't use the Nest with this boiler.

As Dan correctly says the Nest will not work with your boiler, you will need to re-install the TR2

I have just bought a nest 3rd gen and have a worcester greenstar 30si boiler. Will it be compatible with this one?

Yes, but you'll need a gas safe engineer to install it.
