Worcester combi pressure low

My Worcester combi boiler pressure has dropped to zero since I turned of all the rads EXCEPT a small one in the airing cuphoard and a towel rail.Is this normal or can I safely top back up to 1.5 bar? Boiler is 12 moths old.
