The boiler runs fine with the case removed but within 5 min of the cover being replaced there is a rattle followed by a loud bang! any ideas? the flue has been checked for obstructions, the co2 and o2 levels have been checked with a FGA. all rads heat up, hot water flow is good, so don't think it is a blockage. Any ideas would be gratefully recieved.
