Worcester Greenstar HE30 won't start

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can help out? We have a Worcester Greenstar HE 30 boiler and for some reason it won’t start.

When we turn the on /off switch nothing lights up. But the clock is showing the time (I assume that the electrics are ok or is the clock powered by an internal battery?) The pressure is ok.
I was wondering any initial thoughts?

Ignoring the clock, is there any other indication of power at the boiler?

No fault indications?
