Hi folks have a recurring problem that is beginning to bug me! Oil boiler has a recurring lock out problem, oil pump was replaced setting up for two pipe system. we found the oil level had dropped to a lower lever than the tiger loop. So we thought of a poss leak causing and air intake to oil line so renewed the two hoses and tiger loop with a repipe req as it was the old style loop.. Pulled up the oil with suction pump and it started oil pressure was set at 110psi as it was a 50-60 nozzle. Slight fluctuation with pump pressure which we thought was just air. Boiler run for about a fortnight then lockout. Same problem drew the kerosene up again and it run for a week then...... Lockout. Oil pressure fluctuating between 100-110psi doesn't run smooth. Then replaced burner nozzle, mechanical shut off valve and the burner motor. Drew the oil up again and it run smoothly. The valve, filter and check valve have been renewed outside.........am I missing something???? It's just locked out again!!!!!!!!
Ps.it is below the reg 3.5 m as per pump spec
Control box was renewed last service :(
