I think I have the same problem, and yes the user manual says to check the fuse on the pcb, but unhelpfully doesn't divulge where the pcb is on a worcester heatslave 20/25. Any ideas? Thanks in advance, and merry christmas.

Is this oil? If not forget everything.

Take off the front and the top, you will see a cover held on by 4 screws. Remove the cover and you will see a circuit board. The fuse is on that, but I doub't that is your problem.

It maybe the burner lockout, and more likely the overheat stat.

Suggest you edit your first post to tell us the whole story.

The original problem was that basically the boiler just seemed to die, both the power and lockout lights are off. I tried the lockout and overheat stat. Thanks for the help with the pcb, the fuse has definitely blown, so i'll replace that and hopefully that'll be the end of the matter.

Thanks for the help. Merry Christmas.
