Turned stopcock off this morning, since when the pilot lght on our old Worcester Highflow 3.5 boiler has been out.
Unable to re-light it and have been told that there is a red reset button somewhere under the casing which should fix things. So far have not been able to locate it. Can anyone help please?

If you have a balanced flue or open flue 3.5 then you have a perm pilot re lit by depressing the grey gas valve button and pressing the ignighter button as per the instructions on the back of the front panel , if you have a fan flue model this has a reset button, again se back of cover for the position of the re set button.
