Diverters are a common problem with these boilers. Assuming the store temperature has been satisfied , check the flow switch is working so boiler knows if taps are opened, check power supply to diverter goes on/off with stat ( plug on pcb)....... Boiler may be running heating on dhw stat if diverter has failed if memory serves me and trying to heat the store all the time but putting it through the heating.
