Hi folks,

We did a huge refurbish of our house about 2 years ago - and moved in just before Covid hit.

One of the rooms in the house, was a bit of compromise in many ways, was my workspace.
Long story made short - I share my workshop / study with the Thermia Air2Water Heat Pump.

In this room, we put in 4" Vent to provide ventilation. When I ordered the windows, I missed putting an opening pane into this Window and to replace the entire unit would be fairly expensive job now.

The room however is still stuffy, especially in hot weather and uncomfortable to work in.
What can I do, without spending major money to improve the situation.

Have you opened the trickle vent?

Is a split aircon unit an option? they can be bought for less than 400 quid.

It is wide open ...

When I open the door to the next room, and open a window there it helps create a draft which is great.
I don't always have the option of opening that door though.

Split aircon unit is a possibility alright.
Are those expensive to run?
