worktop jig for bolt connectors

Hi
Can anyone tell me where I can get a cheap jig for cutting just the holes for the bolts that join worktops. All the jigs I have found are expensive and can be used to cut the entire worktop in may different ways

I just want to cut a bolt hole and don't want to pay £100plus for a jig that does that and much more.

or failing that, anyone tell me an easy way to cut the bolt hole without a specialist worktop jig?
