worktop jigs

can someone give me some good advise on mitering kitchen worktops and the cheapest place to buy jigs as it will be my first attempt

and if you are buying a Trend jig they come with good instructions.

Meant to add, buy some old cheapo worktop first to practice on.

If it's a one time only job, you may find it cheaper to hire someone in to do it for you. When I looked at the cost of the jig, I found I could get a local fitter who already had the equipment cheaper.

I agree that to buy the kit needed such as this lot

is expensive but you have got the kit to use again (or sell on ebay )

It cost be £60 for a fitter to complete the job, plus I had the piece of mind that it would be done properly and that I wouldn't mess it up.
