Wellll, yes, but....

Judges cannot stray from sentencing guidelines, they can;t set someone free if the guidelines don't allow it.

We need to do more than sack a judge then carry on as before, plenty of criminals walk free with non custodial sentences, this judge just said something stupid that made it headlines.

I dont know the gudelines and dont claim to but this lump of **** raided three homes in 5 days......the report also states he was spared jail and the also said he would take a chance on him so it appears to me he could of give him a sentence but refrained from doing so.........if this wasnt enough to enrage the vitims he then makes these comments..

same old story Criminals 1 victims 0.

Guy round my way got burgled and he took a pop at them with the shot gun.
They returned a few weeks later and burned down his neighbours home.
Wrong house!

Burgulars and thieves should be jailed for 20 years minimum with no chance of release. If upon release they re offend then chop their hands off.

If your gonna shoot a burgular then don't miss and bury him in your garden. OOh and don't tell anyone.
