x10 Compatible Alarm Systems

Hi Guys,

To save me searching through every alarm system manual out there, does any one know of any Intruder and/or Fire Alarm systems that are compatible with the X10 Protocol for home automation?

I am specifically looking for a wired alarm, rather than wireless preferably with a seperate control box.

I don’t mind if you have to purchase a separate Interface for the X10.

Just done a bit more searching and found Home Comfort systems (http://www.home-control.co.uk/index_products.php?page=default.php&cPath=1. Has anyone had any dealings or experience of them?

A few wireless panels do this, ie the powermax and risco wisdom. The only hardwired panel i know of is the texecom premier.

Prior to looking at X10 devices, I was looking to get the Texicom panel. I have just done a search on their website and their installation manuals (previously emailed to me), but I can't find any detail of X10 compatibility. Could you please confirm?

Yes the premier will accept an x10 module
