Hi

Once I have the system hot, how many days can I leave the cleaner in the system (radiators etc), before it does any damage?

Is 2 weeks ok ?

From the datasheet, it can stay in the system indefinitely (do not try this with X800!) - however, after about 3-4 weeks, it starts to lose its ability to maintain sludge in suspension...

It caqn be left in , but defeats the purpose of putting it in the first place, 2 weeks is fine, the way it works it softens all the crud and it gets suspended in the system water, so draining and refilling and inhibiting is the correct way to do it, if it is left in, when it loses its usefullness you are back to square one, as already advised do not use x800
