Xerox xm7-19w monitor keeps going off

Please can anyone help. My xerox xm7-19w keeps turning off after a few seconds. We did manage to keep it on for a few hours, but it just keeps going off now

Does your monitor have LED's on the front & if so do you when your moniter goes off do you notice if the LED's turn off ?

The blue led light stays on.

I would suggest trying the monitor on a new desktop or laptop first - if the fault happens again on the new computer - it is more than likely one of the chips in the back of the monitor. If this is the case the only option is a manufacturers repair (usually 3yrs warranty for monitors) or new monitor.

If the fault is only happening on your computer an aging graphics card or incorrect driver would be the most likely culprit.

Make sure the data lead is plugged into your PC properly as well.

Sometimes it can work loose & cause it to be intermittent.
