Hi,
The siren emitted low battery beeps ie when the alarm is armed or disarmed.
I have replaced the batteries (which I have now tested) but the problem persists.
I have tried removing 1 battery, then replacing, and also switching the siren off for 5 minutes.
I would be grateful for any suggestions.
Thanks

disconnect the battery make a brew drink it and replace the battery. See recent thread on this issue on this site.

we would recommend when removing the battery, to activate the tamper spring several times to help dissipate any power left in the system.

not familar with Yale but it isnt uncommon for wireless devices to have residual power and as a result it remembers were it was rather than where it sound be now.

Many thanks, I will try that. The siren has 4 (D type) batteries.
When you say activate the tamper spring, do you mean with the siren switched to 'on' but with the batteries removed?
