yale Premium Alarm Kit Remote access problem

Hello,

I have Yale Premium alarm. I connected ericksson FCT for remote access insteady of pstn.

When alarm triggered, system calls me and i can disable this alarm with my mobile phone.

But i cannot enable alarm with using my mobile phone.

when i enter my ping code within 3 seconds, i never hear a long beep. Then system close the phone.

I cannot understand what is the problem?


This is the procedure for enable alarm kit with using phone:

Remote Access
The control unit allows you to control your system
remotely through the telephone line.

1 Dial the phone number associated with the Control
panel.

2 Hang up on the first ring.

3 Wait 5-10 seconds.

4 Dial the number again.

5 The control unit will answer the phone on the first
ring of that second call.

6 Enter your PIN Code within 3 seconds.

7 If the PIN code is correct, you will hear a long
beep. A list of different functions is detailed below:

Press 2 Put the system into away armed mode (arm

the system).

Press 3 Disarm the system.

Press 5 Checking the system status. Long single

beep for Away Armed, two beeps for Disarmed and
three beeps for Home Armed.

Press 7 Siren on.

Press 8 Siren off.

Press 9 or 0 Disconnect.

Daft question but why when the alarm is triggered would you want to disable it? Robber breaks in, alarm goes off and you disable the system remotely. Am I missing something here?

We have a cat, so sometimes alarm can be triggered because of cat. But my main problem is not that actually.

so how do you remotely tell if its the cat or a genuine break in attempt? you have internal CCTV?

Alarm panel connected fct (gsm module) so alarm can call my phone if there is a emergency situation. I haevnt CCTV. But main problem is i cannot enable alarm with using my phone.
