Ive been doing Yoga for over 3 years now.

Is there any other men out there in our industry that have considered or do Yoga.

When I get nearer to retiring Id consider teaching and aiming it to the trades.

Im finding it harder the older I get but Yoga is helping me do my job.

My brother was asked to leave his Naked Yoga class for passing wind too many times.

His flatulence was so bad that it was making everyone laugh so much that no Yoga was being done. Someone also mentioned the 'smell'.

Not really, I started as I had back issues a fair few years back and I was having to see an osteopath pretty much every week, sometimes twice. He eventually said I can't keep doing this to you or I am going to cause you more damage than I can solve. He pointed out the problems with the building game, lots of repetitive one sided work and gave me a few exercises and a bit of yoga to do.
To be honest the yoga gets missed quite often but I have been religious with the realignment stretching exercises straight after work and I think I have only been back to the osteopath 3 times in as many years.
