While most likely a typo (should be 24) they are a "eat on the day" item for me.

The other thing not making sense is "or follow instructions on packaging".

The only instructions on the packaging are "eat within 2 hours of purchase".

Think you are right; it is a label for hot food. But staff should really read the stuff on their labels and do a check for silly siht.
