Ive got a zanucci zwf1432s washing machine which as worked perfectly until today. It will allow you to set:

fabric type
temperature
but when you go to press start it just beeps and flashes. Ive held down the start and pause buttons switching the machine on and off. this scrolls through the different options and displays the filter with a red light. I cleaned out the filter and tried to restart the washing machine but it just wont start can anyone help.

I take it that by PNC number on the door sticker you mean the product number which is
914521109 00

Take out the filter & check if something is jamming the pump impeller. It ought to turn freely by hand but should have a noticeable degree of magnetic resistance. Then with the filter still removed put the machine on a drain cycle & observe if the pump runs.
