Zanuss Washer Dryer Error code

Washer Dryer WJS1265 Jestystem Turbodry 1200.

Code E10 comes up when I think the heater/fan should come on, anyone know what it means? What are Zannussi like for spares these days, can we get them?

acording to this (page 23) it says the water is not turned on.

if it is, i should say either

fill hose blocked / kinked

valve is faulty (hot point washer dryers have 3 outlets on the cold valve on a washer dryer)
