All my clothes are coming out wet.
the drum is free to spin and does spin both directions during spin cycle, but only slowly for a few seconds each way during first part of cycle.
When it gets to the part where it should go for the fast spin it just doesn't do it, the dial just turns to end of cycle and my clothes are soaking wet.
Any ideas please?
(BTW I have also tried it with empty machine, still same problem)
Also where can I get a hollow star key to open up the machine with ?
