Zanussi fridge Freezer water pooling

Hi all. I have recently installed a new integrated Zanussi fridge freezer into a new kitchen.

I have noticed there is water pooling at the bottom, aswell as under each of the top shelves. I also realised the temperature was set to 6 degrees, the food was chilled but not very cold.

The drain hole has been checked and isn’t blocked, what could this be!...ive put the temperature to 2 degrees so hoping this will solve it!

how new is it?

is it upright, and why isn't defrost water running into the gutter and thence to the collection dish at the back? Is the gutter in place?

5C to 6C is OK. have you checked actual temperature in each cabinet with a thermometer?
