Long timer lurker, first time poster… I have a Zanussi induction hob that has suddenly died. Worked fine at 08:00, then at 09:00 I tried to fry some eggs and it‘s completely unresponsive - no lights, no beeps, nothing. I’ve checked the wiring and it is getting power. I’ve had a brief look inside and nothing looks out of the ordinary, and there was no smoke and no RCD trip. I can’t help thinking something inside has just failed and it may be an easy fix if only I knew where to start. Anyone had something similar happen to them?
