The dishes in the top basket of the machine are not cleaning properly the rotating arm is spraying and spinning ok. I've tried different types of powder etc does'nt seem to sove the problem. The machine is connnected to the cold water could this be the problem maybe the machine is not heating the water enough to clean the dishes
