Zanussi WDJ 1285 - No Power !

Hi All

I have a Zanussi WDJ 1285 that will power up. Checked the main fuse and it is ok. The power light does not illuminate when pressing the main 'on'switch.

Just took the lid of to try and repair.

Any help or advice much appreciated.

What have you checked ? Is there continuity through the on/off switch?

Hi

Thank you for your reply. I don't have any test equipment such as a continuity tester. Just wondering if it is the cheapest option to buy a new switch and try this if it is a common fault.

Otherwise on your advice, I would buy a cheap tester.
