Zanussi WJD-1257 washing machine

we have a Zanussi wjd 1257
it has developed an issue today with the sequence
My wife selects Synthetics, 40 degrees, 900 spin, quick wash

then press start

machine starts as normal for about 1 min and water enters machine.
then the sequence jumps to spin cycle and goes through the motions of pumping out etc.
however it hasnt filled correctly and has taken conditioner from drawer

i know there is a way of finding out if any error codes exist, but i cant find it.

Can anyone help please?

Hi and thanks for reply.

Followed the instructions , more or less, and came up with E66

Had a look around via google and on some Zanussi machines it said Heater Relay Contacts Closed.

Before I start pulling it to bits, is the relay a separate item or soldered in to a control board ?

Any idea of cost of items?
