Zanussi ZBF3606X cooling fan constantly on

I have just changed the grill element in my Zanussi ZBF360X, and having put it all back together, then cooling fan is on permanently (oven on or otherwise).

I have had a quick look at the back again but can't see anything wrong, although I don't have a wiring diagram to hand (and can't find one!).

Ideas?
