I'm currently removing wallpaper across the house and using a steamer. Someone suggested Dif, I've followed the instructions exactly, scored the paper a lot (it's only thin stuff) made the solution slightly more concentrated using hot water, and applied with a garden sprayer.
So all sounds good right?
Didn't do much at all, it barely lifted the surface, I tried again, and it basically wet the paper
So ended up going back to a steamer!
What am I doing wrong?
