It seems as though there are no zone valves on my heating.
I have underfloor in the kitchen & rads in the rest of the house.
The kitchen is a warm modern extension & I dont want the floor on.
If I put a zone valve on the UFH & link it so that it opens when the UFH t/stat calls for heat would that work?

See prev post.

Maybe the plumbers are all busy now the cold weather is here.

On the link to the other thread, both bolerman2 and indeed the manufacturer tech support both told you that you should incorporate a zone valve. So why are you asking again when you have the answer? Or am I mis-reading something (it has been known )

I have been told to install 2 zone valves. There is onky room to put one on the UFH side.
I am asking will it work, I dont want the UFH on.
