Zone valves and thermostats crossed (I think)

Remove all the zone valves (zero zone) and replace the trv heads with a Wiser electronic trv and control unit.
And enjoy life in the 21st century

The only problem was that the downstairs stat controlled the upstairs circuit and visa-versa. That has now been changed as part of other work ,

Ah ok thanks for the clarification, as swapping the valve heads over was discussed right at the start of this thread, I'd assumed that was already sorted and that your question was now how the radiators were distributed across the two zones.
