I know part L1a for new builds required houses over 150m2 to be zoned then they changed it to a new build house whatever the size needs zoning.. I think I read somewhere they have changed it back to just houses over 150m2. Is this correct? Thanks

Depends where in the UK that you live
Am I best of looking in the updated l1a regs.. if I can find.
Or just be radical and say where in the UK you actually live , no one wants your address , different rules where in the UK you are
Then Part L applies to you, lots of lads on here will be able to advise you, I live in Scotland and its different here
So just trvs? And you don't even have to zone above 150squared meters..
