Very interesting reading. Just wonder if the LABC's are going to read it.

Assuming that is based on one of Anne H 's letters they will already have received its contents at least once.
But of course there is no harm in printing a copy off in an extra large font and waving it flag-like under the nose of anyone who tries to overcharge though.
That and the DSA guidelines on part P make two 'essential reading' docs for hard pressed BCOs.
