Ariston micro combi, Heating on constantly

Hi folks, I have an Ariston micro combi boiler. The problem is that the central heating runs constantly. I have tried disconnecting the time switch at the P.C.B but the heating still runs all the time, I have tried a new mechanical time clock as the old one was not turning but the new one is exactly the same, I am only getting 12v feed to the time clock I thought removing this would cut the C/H?. Could there be a fault in the P.C.B itself?
