No no, the job was 100% through the company. The other 4 guys who were there on the 2nd day were also company employees as was the person I spoke to on the phone during the work.

If they won't fill out the Benchmark there is a problem, trust me. Worcester expect it to be done. What possible reason could there be for NOT filling it in?
Answer: Bloke who commissioned it has not got the mandatory energy efficiency cert or is not registered to the company- - and it will be signed off from someone else in the office who wasn't there.
