Hello all,
I'm chasing a cable through a wall to run a cooker hood from an FCU on a spur. Obviously, the FCU will be to one side of the cooker, so the cable has to go up about a metre, turn 90 degrees and run for about 70cm to the hood.
I just have one simple question that I can't locate an unambiguous answer to - can I simply turn the cable through 90 degrees, or do I have to have a mounting box of some sort to indicate the change of direction to future generations?
Many thanks!
